Leave Petworth on the A285 Chichester road and after 2 miles (just beyond the Duncton Car Sales Garage on the right) turn left to Sutton and Bignor. Continue for 1 mile and at the crossroads turn right.  Proceed for a further 1¾ miles into Sutton village and turn right (in front of The White Horse pub) into Barlavington Lane. Turn immediately left in to the shared drive of Crossets and Hurst Cottage.
